I'm a freelance writer currently based out of Salt Lake City, Utah, and I specialize in pop-culture political economics, fashion, travel writing, and potentially treasonous conceptual art projects.
I have a M.S. from the University of Utah in Radical Economics, and was one of the first economists associated with Occupy Wall Street. I've given speeches at multiple academic conferences, including as a guest speaker at the University of Havana in Cuba.
I've been awarded residencies for writing for both New York Fashion Week and Paris Fashion Week, and have written for a variety of markedly different outlets and somehow make sense when seen from the whole. I am currently working on a book about birds. Hire me.
